摘要
为提升车用异步电机弱磁控制宽调速范围,提出一种基于RMxprt、Maxwell、Simplorer和Simulink的多领域协同耦合仿真平台,将异步电机2D有限元模型与弱磁控制算法进行联合仿真,结果表明,联合仿真可反映异步电机全速域定子铜损、转子铜损、磁密分布等实际运行工况,为车用异步电机及其控制算法一体化设计提供了一种有效的途径。
In order to improve the wide speed range of field weakening control of vehicle asynchronous motor,a multi domain collaborative coupling simulation platform based on RMxprt,Maxwell,Simplorer and Simulink is proposed.The 2 D finite element model of asynchronous motor and field weakening control algorithm are jointly simulated.The results show that the joint simulation can reflect the actual operating conditions of the asynchronous motor such as stator copper loss,rotor copper loss and magnetic density distribution in the full speed range,It provides an effective way for the integrated design of vehicle asynchronous motor and its control algorithm.
