体育“夜经济”产业高质量发展研究

On High-quality Development of Sports“Night Economy”Industry

随着动态清零政策的实施,体育产业高质量发展进入新的阶段,产业内循环体系加速形成,国内体育产业危机治理过程中形成了一种体育“夜经济”的新模式。通过政策文本构建了体育“夜经济”三维分析框架并对其制约因素进行了深入分析,研究结果显示:体育“夜经济”的兴起对于体育产业的复苏起到了巨大的推动作用,但同时也受到体育竞赛表演活动缺乏、运动健身休闲项目单一、体育健身场馆设施配套不足、跨界融合新兴项目匮乏、政府财政专项补贴范围和渠道狭窄等因素的制约。完善政策保障体系、丰富夜间主题活动内容、打造体育“夜经济”商业综合体、促进多元化的业态融合等是实现体育“夜经济”发展纾困的有效路径。

With the implementation of the dynamic zeroing policy,the high-quality development of the sports industry has entered a new stage,the formation of the industrial circulation system has accelerated,and a new model of“night economy”has been formed in the process of crisis management of the domestic sports industry.Through the policy text,a three-dimensional analysis framework of sports“night economy”is constructed and its restricting factors are deeply analyzed.The research results show that the rise of sports“night economy”has played a great role in promoting the recovery of the sports industry,but it is also restricted by such factors as the lack of sports competition and performance activities,the single sports fitness and leisure projects,the lack of sports fitness venues and facilities,the lack of cross-border integration and emerging projects,and the narrow scope and channels of government financial special subsidies.Improving the policy guarantee system,enriching the content of night themed activities,building a sport“night economy”commercial complex,and promoting the integration of diversified business forms are the effective paths to realize the development and relief of sports“night economy”.
