摘要
天然植物型水处理剂因其廉价易得可降解的特点成为研究热点。采用水浸渍法提取出香樟叶水提物(CP-LA),通过静态阻垢法探究了不同浓度CPLA对CaCO_(3)、Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)、CaSO_(4)的阻垢性能的影响;结果表明在80℃、10h条件下,CPLA的浓度为1000mg/L时对CaCO_(3)的阻垢率为80.14%;在70℃、6h条件下,CPLA的浓度为100mg/L时对CaSO_(4)的阻垢率达到了95.50%;在80℃、10h条件下,CPLA的浓度为1000mg/L时对Ca_(3)(PO_(4)_(2)的阻垢率可以达到82.30%。同时探究了在不同的加热时间、Ca^(2+)浓度、加热温度下,CPLA对CaCO_(3)的阻垢性能。结果表明CPLA在不同的加热时间和加热温度下有较好的阻垢稳定性,但是在Ca^(2+)浓度较高的体系中阻垢性能较差。
Natural plant-based water treatment agent has become a research hotspot because of its cheap,readily available and degradable characteristics.The water extract of camphor leaves(CPLA for short)was extracted by water immersion method,and the effect of different concentrations of CPLA on the scale inhibition performance of CaCO_(3),Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2) and CaSO_(4) was explored by static scale inhibition method;the results showed that the CaCO_(3) fouling rate is 80.14%when the concentration of CPLA is 1000mg/L at 80℃and 10h;and the CaSO_(4) fouling rate reaches 95.50%when the CPLA concentration is 100mg/L at 70℃and 6h;The scaling rate of Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2) can reach 82.30%when the concentration of CPLA is 1000mg/L at 80℃and 10h.At the same time,the scale inhibition performance of CPLA on CaCO_(3) was explored under different heating time,calcium ion concentration and heating temperature.The results show that CPLA has good scale inhibition stability under different heating time and temperature,but the scale inhibition performance is poor in the system with higher Ca^(2+) concentration.
