基于正交试验的大流量煤矿卸荷阀气蚀优化设计

摘要 以某型卸荷阀为对象进行研究,介绍了影响卸荷主阀空化现象的关键因素和几何结构的相应优化。对建立的L_(9)(3_(2)×2_(2))混合正交试验方案以Fluent为计算基础,阀口区域气相分布面积和平均气相分数值为参考,通过分析得知:影响气蚀现象的因素由主到次依次是阀口位置、阀芯与推力活塞优化结构、阀芯开口锥度和引流孔结构,并采用极差分析得到最优方案为A_(3)B_(2)C_(2)D_(2),通过计算验证,与预测结果一致。 Taking a certain unloading valve as the research object,the key factors affecting the cavitation phenomenon of the unloading main valve and the corresponding optimization of the geometric structure are introduced.For established L_(9)(3^(2)×2^(2))the mixed orthogonal test scheme takes fluent as the calculation basis,and the gas phase distribution area and average gas phase fraction value in the valve port area as the reference.Through the analysis,it is known that the factors affecting the cavitation phenomenon from primary to secondary are the valve port position,the optimized structure of the valve core and thrust piston,the opening taper of the valve core and the drainage hole structure.The range analysis shows that the optimal scheme is A_(3)B_(2)C_(2)D_(2),which is consistent with the prediction results through calculation and verification.
