一种应用于内转子永磁滚筒的计算仿真方法 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前煤矿带式输送机用永磁电机直驱设备、外转子永磁滚筒,存在低速大扭矩工况体积急剧增大、因防爆结合面磨损导致隔爆性能丧失、转子磁钢可靠性低等缺陷,研发了一种新型集成式内转子永磁滚筒。因其结构特点存在以下设计难题:多支承超静定结构、复杂装配体的仿真精度及仿真速度低,为解决以上难题,提出了一种应用于复杂装配体的计算仿真方法,既实现了多支承超静定结构的静力学求解,又保证了复杂装配体静力学仿真的精度。对该新型永磁滚筒样机进行型式试验,试验数据与计算结果相符,且样机刚度及强度满足平均标准要求,从而验证了该计算仿真方法的可行性。采用该方法设计完成的新型集成式内转子永磁滚筒,既实现了结构紧凑、传动效率高,又解决了永磁电机及外转子永磁滚筒的上述缺陷。 For the permanent magnet motor and outer rotor permanent magnet pulley for coal mine belt conveyors,there are defects such as sharp increase in volume at low speed and high torque conditions,loss of explosion-proof performance due to wear of explosion-proof joint surface,low reliability of rotor magnetic steel,developed a new type of integrated inner rotor permanent magnet pulley.It has the following design problems due to some structural characteristics:the multi-support hyperstatic structure and low simulation accuracy and speed for complex assemblies.In order to solve the above problems,a design method for complex assemblies is proposed,the static problem of the multi-support hyperstatic structure is solved,and the accuracy of the static simulation of the complex assembly is ensured.The test of the new permanent magnet pulley is carried out,the test data is consistent with the calculation results,and the stiffness and strength of the prototype meet the average standard requirements,thus the feasibility of the calculation and simulation method is verified.The new integrated inner rotor permanent magnet pulley designed by this method not only has compact structure and high transmission efficiency,but also solves the above-mentioned defects of the permanent magnet motor and the outer rotor permanent magnet pulley.
