摘要
为降低滚筒生产制造成本,缩短产品研发周期,对带式输送机改向滚筒的传统结构进行优化,提出变截面辐板改向滚筒,基于ANSYS对优化前后两种结构的滚筒进行静力学分析,并以变截面辐板改向滚筒为例,利用Solidworks对其进行了系列化设计。得出在满足实际工况使用要求的前提下,优化后的变截面辐板改向滚筒所受应力更小,质量更轻,其系列化设计为非标产品的零部件设计提供了新的思路。
In order to reduce the manufacture of the drum and shorten the product development cycle,the traditional structure of the reversing drum of the belt conveyor was optimized,and the variable cross-section web plate reversing drum was proposed.The static analysis of the two structures of the drum before and after optimization was carried out based on ANSYS.Taking the variable cross-section web plate reversing drum as an example,a series of design was carried out using Solidworks.On the premise of meeting the requirements of actual working conditions,the optimized variable cross-section web redirection drum has less stress and lighter weight.Its serial design provides a new idea for the design of non-standard products.
