摘要
为增大单滚筒短壁采煤机的开采高度,通过对现有短壁采煤机的结构特点分析研究,结合单、双滚筒采煤机技术特点,提出了双级摇臂大采高短壁采煤机的总体设计方案,并对其核心系统设计方案及开采工艺进行了介绍。
In order to increase the mining height of the single drum short wall shearer,through the analysis and research on the structural characteristics of the existing short wall shearer,combined with the technical characteristics of the single and double drum shearers,the overall design scheme of the two-stage rocker arm high mining height short wall shearer was put forward,and its core system design scheme and mining technology were introduced.
