脱贫农户的收入不均等状况及其影响因素研究——来自幕阜山区S县的证据

Study on Income Inequality of Poverty-Alleviated Farmers and Its Influencing Factors——Evidence from S County in Mufu Mountain Area

绝对贫困问题解决后,以收入不均等为代表的相对贫困问题会进一步凸显出来。在乡村振兴战略全面实施以及全力推进共同富裕的背景下,缓解脱贫农户收入不均等状况将成为当前“三农”工作的重点任务之一。文章基于幕阜山区S县调查数据测度当前脱贫农户收入不均等状况,探究影响其收入不均等的核心因素。研究发现:脱贫农户收入不均等状况较脱贫前有较大缓解,但基尼系数、泰尔指数等系数的绝对值仍处在偏大的区间;同时,人力资本、社会资本、物质资本等因素对脱贫农户的收入不均等状况有显著的缓解作用。为此,要注重农户人力资本的培育、社会资本的巩固和物质资本的积累,确保脱贫农户的生计资本和生计能力稳定提升,进一步缓解收入不均等状况,实现稳定脱贫的目标。

After the problem of absolute poverty is solved,the problem of relative poverty represented by income inequality will be further highlighted.Under the background of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the full promotion of common prosperity,alleviating the unequal income of poverty-alleviated farmers will become one of the key tasks of the current rural work.Based on the survey data of S County in The Mufu Mountains,this paper measures the current income inequality of poverty-alleviated farmers,and explores the core factors affecting their income inequality.The study has found that the income inequality of farmers has been greatly alleviated compared with before poverty alleviation,but the absolute values of Gini coefficients,theil index and other coefficients are still in a large range;at the same time,the income inequality of farmers out of poverty is mainly affected by human capital,social capital,physical capital and other factors.To this end,it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of human capital,the consolidation of social capital and the accumulation of physical capital of farmers,to ensure the stable improvement of the livelihood capital and livelihood capacity of farmers out of poverty,to further alleviate the situation of income inequality,and to achieve the goal of stable poverty alleviation.
