摘要
为探究制造业高质量发展对产业结构转型升级的空间溢出效应,文章使用邻接权重矩阵,构建空间杜宾模型(SDM),采用2010—2019年中国30个省市的面板数据进行实证研究。研究发现:产业结构转型升级具有显著的空间正相关性。整体而言,制造业高质量发展对本地区和周边地区的产业结构转型升级均具有促进作用。分区域而言,其空间溢出效应存在地域差异。具体表现为东、中部地区制造业高质量发展对本地区和周边地区的产业结构转型升级均具有促进作用,且其对周边地区产业结构转型升级的促进作用反而大于对本身产业结构转型升级的促进作用。而西部地区制造业高质量发展能有效促进本地区产业结构转型升级,但对周边地区的产业结构转型升级具有抑制作用。因此,加大科研投入、注重创新驱动、促进产业融合发展、优化发展环境对于促进产业结构转型升级的意义重大。
In order to explore the spatial spillover effect of high-quality manufacturing development on industrial structure transformation and upgrading,this paper uses adjacent weight matrix to construct spatial Durbin Model(SDM)and conducts empirical research based on panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2019.The results show that the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure has significant positive spatial correlation.On the whole,the high-quality development of manufacturing industry plays a role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in this region and its surrounding areas.There are regional differences in spatial spillover effects by region.Specifically,the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the eastern and central regions plays a role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of the region and its surrounding areas,and its role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure of the surrounding areas is greater than that of its own industrial structure.The high-quality development of manufacturing industry in western China can effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in this region,but it has a restraining effect on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in surrounding areas.Therefore,it is of great significance to increase investment in scientific research,focus on innovation-driven development,promote integrated industrial development and optimize the development environment for promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
