摘要
煤的工艺性质受煤岩、煤质和煤类特征影响,为查明煤炭形成过程中对清洁用煤的控制作用,采用煤岩学和煤化学等研究方法,以鲁西南煤田东滩煤矿山西组3_(上)煤为研究对象,通过煤层剖面采样及测试,分析了东滩煤矿3_(上)煤层煤质、煤岩及煤相特征,探讨了东滩煤矿3_(上)煤成煤环境。研究结果表明,东滩煤矿3_(上)煤层属于低灰分-特低灰分、高挥发分、低硫煤;煤中显微煤岩组分以镜质组为主,惰质组次之,煤中矿物主要以黏土类矿物为主;煤层自下而上经历了潮湿草本沼泽相-干燥森林沼泽相-潮湿森林沼泽相3个演化阶段。从煤的清洁利用方向分析,3_(上)煤适宜作为炼焦用煤和直接液化用煤。
Coal technological properties have impacted by coal petrology and coal quality features.To find out coal cleanness controlling factors during the coal formation process,using coal petrology and coal chemistry etc research techniques,taking the Shanxi Formation coal No.3_(U) in the Dongtan coalmine,Southwest Shandong coalfield as subject investigated,through coal section sampling and testing,analyzed coal quality,coal petrology and coal facies features have discussed coal-forming environment.The result has shown that the coal belongs to low to extra-low ash,high volatile matter,low sulfur coal.Coal macerals have mainly vitrinite,inertinite the second;minerals in coal have mainly clay minerals.From bottom to top,the coal has experienced humid herbaceous bog facies,arid forest bog facies and humid forest bog facies 3 evolutionary stages.From coal clean utilization orientation analysis,the coal No.3_(U) is suitable for coking and direct liquefaction.
