林氏正骨联合十宣放血治疗神经根型颈椎病30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Treated with Lin's Bone Setting Combined with Shixuan Bloodletting

目的:观察林氏正骨联合十宣放血治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为联合组和正骨组,每组30例。正骨组在常规手法放松基础上予林氏正骨治疗,联合组在正骨组基础上增加十宣放血治疗。2组均每周治疗5次,总周期为2周。观察2组治疗2周后的治愈率、总有效率,以及治疗前后田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分(TZCS)、疼痛数字评分(NRS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分。结果:治疗2周后,联合组痊愈率为46.67%,正骨组痊愈率为20.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组总有效率为96.67%,正骨组总有效率为86.67%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组在颈肩部疼痛、手指麻木、椎间孔挤压试验、NRS评分、NDI评分方面优于正骨组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:林氏正骨联合十宣放血可有效缓解神经根型颈椎病患者颈肩部疼痛、手指麻木症状,并显著改善颈椎功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lin's bone setting combined with Shixuan bloodletting in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:Sixty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups:a bone setting group and a combined group,with 30 cases in each group.The bone setting group was treated with Lin's bone setting on the basis of routine manipulation relaxation,and the combined group was treated with Shixuan blood letting on the basis of the bone setting group.Both groups were treated five times a week,with a total period of 2 weeks.The recovery rate and total effective rate of the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment were observed,as well as the score of Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis symptom scale(TZCS),pain number score(NRS)and cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)before and after treatment.Results:After two weeks of treatment,the cure rate of the bone setting group was 20.00%,and that of the combined group was 46.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the bone setting group was 86.67%,and that of the combined group was 96.67%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The com-bined group was superior to the bone setting group in neck and shoulder pain,numbness of fingers,intervertebral foramen compres-sion test,NRS score and NDI score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lin's bone setting combined with Shixuan bloodletting can effectively relieve the pain of neck and shoulder and numbness of fin-gers in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and significantly improve the function of cervical spine.
