数字经济对中国煤炭资源利用效率的影响效应——基于空间面板实证分析 被引量:1

The impact of digital economy on China’s coal resource utilization efficiency:an empirical analysis based on spatial panel

摘要 为了探究数字经济与煤炭资源利用效率之间的关系,立足当前煤炭行业和数字经济发展现状,从理论层面和实证角度剖析数字经济对煤炭资源利用效率的作用机制,基于2011—2020年我国内地30个省(市、区,不含西藏)的面板数据,分别运用DEA-BCC模型和熵值法对煤炭资源效率和数字经济发展水平进行测度,并构建多种空间计量模型,分析数字经济对煤炭资源利用效率的影响程度和溢出效应,得出的研究结论为:①数字经济与中国省际煤炭资源利用效率之间存在“U”型曲线关系,即数字经济对煤炭资源利用效率的影响并不总是正向的,而是具有风险拐点;②数字经济对中国省际煤炭资源利用效率具有显著的正向空间溢出效应,意味着当地煤炭资源利用效率的提高会带动周边煤炭资源利用效率的提高;③我国的煤炭资源利用效率呈现由东向西依次递减的格局,通过对煤炭资源利用效率的分解发现,技术进步是提高煤炭资源利用效率的有效路径;④当前我国数字经济发展呈现“两边高,中间低”的发展格局,区域间具有显著的空间异质性。 In order to explore the relationship between the digital economy and the utilization efficiency of coal resources,based on the current development status of the coal industry and the digital economy,the mechanism of the digital economy on the utilization efficiency of coal resources is analyzed from a theoretical and empirical perspective.Panel data from 30 provinces(cities and districts,excluding Tibet)in China from 2011 to 2020,using DEA-BCC model and entropy value method to measure coal resource efficiency and digital economy development level,and construct various spatial econometric models to analyze the utilization of coal resources by digital economy the degree of influence and spillover effect of efficiency,the research conclusions are as follows:①There is a“U”curve relationship between the digital economy and China’s inter-provincial coal resource utilization efficiency,that is,the impact of the digital economy on coal resource utilization efficiency is not always positive.However,it has a risk inflection point;②the digital economy has a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the utilization efficiency of inter-provincial coal resources in China,which means that the improvement of the utilization efficiency of local coal resources will lead to the improvement of the utilization efficiency of surrounding coal resources;③the utilization efficiency of coal resources in China shows a pattern of decreasing from east to west.Through the decomposition of the utilization efficiency of coal resources,it is found that technological progress is an effective path to improve the utilization efficiency of coal resources;④The current development of China’s digital economy shows“high on both sides and low in the middle”development pattern,and there is significant spatial heterogeneity among regions.
