摘要
站在新形势地质勘探企业对人才需求的视角,运用归纳法分析地质勘探企业人力资源发展面临的主要困境,包括人力资源管理体系不科学、人才市场供求差距大、绩效薪资水平较低等。运用宏观分析与微观分析相结合的方法,针对存在的困境为企业管理者提出建议,包括规范招聘体系、注重绩效考核,贯彻“科技兴地”战略、加快构建信息系统,发挥员工自主能动性、提升地勘员工综合素质,构建良性竞争氛围、培育地勘企业人文情怀,重视国家支持、充分利用社会资源。
From the perspective of the talent demand of geological exploration enterprises in the new situation, this paper uses the induction method to analyze the main difficulties faced by the human resources development of geological exploration enterprises, including the unscientific human resources management system, the large gap between supply and demand in the talent market, and the low performance salary level. Using the method of combining macro-analysis and micro-analysis, put forward suggestions for enterprise managers in view of the existing difficulties, including standardizing the recruitment system, focusing on performance appraisal,implementing the strategy of " rejuvenating the land with science and technology", accelerating the construction of information systems,and giving full play to employees’ initiative and improvement. The comprehensive quality of geological prospecting employees, build a healthy competitive atmosphere, cultivate the humanistic feelings of geological prospecting enterprises, attach importance to state support,and make full use of social resources.
