Thoughts on the appraisal of professional titles of health management in Anhui Province

目的了解当前安徽省卫生管理人员职称现状,通过借鉴外省市卫生管理职称评聘工作开展情况,为安徽省卫生管理系列职称评审工作提供一些思路和想法。方法通过文献研究、问卷调查了解省内外卫生管理职称现状。结果安徽省卫生管理人员职称评定无政策支持;职称评定基本“挂靠”或不评定;当前卫生管理人员满意度较低。结论安徽省卫生管理职称评审工作应从实际出发、大胆改革;试点先行、有序铺开;平稳过渡、有序衔接;加强管理、保证质量;区别对待、分类实施等方面加以改善。

Objective To explore the current status of professional titles of health management personnel in Anhui Province,and to provide reference for the evaluation of professional titles of health management in Anhui Province by learning from the evaluation and employment work of health management professional titles in other provinces and municipalities.Methods The status quo of health management titles in and out of Anhui Province was explored using literature research and questionnaire survey.Results There was no policy support for the e-valuation of professional titles of health administrators in Anhui Province.The evaluated professional titles were mostly“affiliated titles”or there was no assessment and therefore health administrators were less satisfied.Con-clusions The evaluation of professional titles of health management in Anhui Province should be reformed practi-cally by carrying out pilot projects first and then generalizing in an orderly manner.And it is necessary to have a smooth transition and orderly connection for the reform and management should be strengthened to ensure quality.Meanwhile,differentiated treatment and classified implementation is to be improved.
