摘要
浙江省自2017年起,在全国范围内率先开展县域医疗卫生共同体建设试点,取得阶段性成果的同时也面临多重掣肘。在此背景下,文章基于PEST-SWOT整合模型,通过定性访谈,了解县域医疗卫生共同体改革背景下医疗卫生机构运行发展状况,对其内外部因素进行识别和分析,明确优势与劣势,厘清外部的机会和挑战,并提出相应的管理策略,以期为进一步推进县域医疗卫生共同体改革政策落地提供科学依据和参考。
Since 2017,Zhejiang Province has taken the lead in carrying out a pilot project for the development of a county medical community in the nation.Obtaining partial achievementsit also facesvarious types of constraints.Based on the PEST-SWOT integration model,this paper explored the operation and development status of health care institutions in the context of the reform of the county medical community through qualitative interviews,identi-fied and analyzed the internal and external factors,clarified the advantages and weaknesses,elucidated the oppor-tunities and challenges,and put forward corresponding management strategies to provide reference for the imple-mentation of reform policies for county medical community.
