孤独症患儿康复治疗中应用中医推拿联合针灸治疗的效果观察

Observation on effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in rehabilitation of children with autism

目的研究在孤独症患儿康复治疗中联合开展中医推拿与针灸的临床效果。方法选择2019年6月—2021年6月期间,上海市普陀区中心医院康复治疗的孤独症患儿,依据治疗方案的不同进行分组,一组为对照组(n=60),单行中医推拿治疗,另一组为研究组,则以中医推拿与针灸联合治疗,治疗半年后,进行两组的康复效果评价。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,①研究组的CARS、ATEC两项测评分值均明显更低,P<0.05;②研究组的ABC测评分值更低,而DQ测评分值更高,P<0.05;③研究组的康复总有效率更高,P<0.05。结论以中医推拿联合针灸方案对孤独症患儿开展康复治疗可有效改善其临床症状,促进其自理能力与语言功能恢复,康复效果良好,建议推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of combined TCM massage and acupuncture in the rehabilitation of children with autism.Methods A total of 120 children with autism who were admitted to Shanghai Putuo District Central Hospital for rehabilitation between June 2019 and June 2021 were included and were divided into groups ac⁃cording to different treatment plans.One group was the control group(n=60),TCM tuina alone,and the other group was the research group,which was treated with TCM tuina and acupuncture.After half a year of treatment,the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,①the scores of CARS and ATEC in the study group were significantly lower,P<0.05;②the scores of the ABC test in the research group were lower,but the scores of the DQ test were higher,P<0.05;③The total effec⁃tive rate of rehabilitation in the study group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment of children with autism by TCM massage combined with acupuncture can effectively improve their clinical symptoms,and pro⁃mote the recovery of their self-care ability and language function.The rehabilitation effect is good,and it is rec⁃ommended to be promoted.
