摘要
阐述应急指挥系统的设计,包含通信能力平台、综合指挥调度系统、多路传真、数字录音等模块,探讨融合通信平台软件结构,硬件平台的可靠性与冗余性设计,地区级应急指挥调度系统的实践。
This paper expounds the design of emergency command system,including communication capability platform,integrated command and dispatching system,multi-channel fax,digital recording and other modules,and discusses the software structure of integrated communication platform,the reliability and redundancy design of hardware platform,and the practice of regional emergency command and dispatching system.
