快速康复外科理论对胸腔镜手术后患者康复情况及并发症发生率的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Theory on Rehabilitation and Complication Rate of Patients after Thoracoscopic Surgery

探讨快速康复外科理论对胸腔镜手术后患者康复情况及并发症发生率的影响.方法:选取2019年7月-2020年12月收治的胸腔镜手术后患者80例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组接受常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上加快速康复外科理论,对2组康复情况及并发症发生率进行比较.结果:观察组术后胸腔引流管放置时间、首次排便时间、住院时间均较对照组差异明显(P<0.05);2组术前的生存质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)各领域评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组术后1周生存质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)各领域评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组干预后并发症发生率为5.00%,较对照组的20.00%低(P<0.05).结论:快速康复外科理论对胸腔镜手术后患者不仅能促进患者康复,还能降低并发症发生率,提升患者术后生活质量,值得推广.

To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery theory on the rehabilitation and complication rate of patients after thoracoscopic surgery.Methods:80 patients after thoracoscopic surgery from July,2019 to December,2020 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine management.The observation group were treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery theory based on the treatment of the control group.The rehabilitation and complication rates of the two groups were compared.Results:There were significant differences in the placement time of thoracic drainage tube,the first defecation time and hospital stay of the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of each field of the preoperative quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF)between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of each field of the first week postoperative quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The theory of rapid rehabilitation surgery can not only promote the rehabilitation of patients after thoracoscopic surgery,but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients after thoracoscopic surgery.
