摘要
为骨科老年患者更好地提供围术期营养支持,以适应现代快速康复的要求.方法:组建营养管理团队,以快速康复外科理念为指导,对2019年1-12月在我科住院的864例老年患者进行营养管理.结果:对864例老年患者实施营养评估,对所有患者进行全面营养管理后,术后各种并发症发生率明显降低;平均住院时间由2018年的8.96天下降为7.68天;患者出院满意度由2018年的91.41%上升为97.45%.结论:现阶段快速康复外科理念日益盛行,骨科有必要组建营养管理团队,针对老年患者进行营养管理,实施目的性较强并有效结合个体化实施的营养管理模式,这对于提升手术效果以及患者满意度都具有重要作用.
To provide the better nutrition management in peri-operation for elderly orthopedic patients to meet the demand of modern rapid rehabilitation.Methods:Nutrition management group was build up to carry out nutrition.management for 864 elderly orthopedic patients from January to December in 2019.Results:After nutrition management for 864 elderly orthopedic patients,the incidence of postoperative complications decreased significantly,the average length of stay dropped from 8.96 days to 7.68 days in 2018,and the patient discharge satisfaction increased from 91.41 percent to 97.45 percent in 2018.Conclusion:With the increasing popular of rapid rehabilitation,it is necessary for elderly orthopedics patients to build up the nutrition management group.Meanwhile,we can carry out target nutrition management for these patients,which is important to increase the surgery effect and patients discharge satisfaction.
