国外著名智库的信息资源建设策略及启示

Analysis of Strategies of Information Resource Development of Selected Foreign Think Tanks and Its Inspiration for Chinese Think Tanks

信息资源是智库研究的基础,国外著名智库信息资源建设较为完善,研究其信息资源建设经验对我国智库和图书情报部门具有借鉴意义。通过对国外著名智库官方网站、相关文献资料进行调研以及案例分析,总结其有关信息资源建设的主要做法和策略。国外著名智库主要通过建设自身馆藏资源、建立知识发布查询平台、构建专题数据库或者知识库、建立多种信息来源渠道等方式进行信息资源建设。对我国智库启示主要包括以研究项目为导向、建立多方位信息来源渠道、充分建设与积累自身信息资源、注重现代信息技术的应用、积极推动信息资源共享等。

The development of information resources is the foundation of think tank research.Information resources of some famous think tanks in foreign countries have developed completely,thus it’s of great significance to analyze their experience.Through the investigation and case analysis of the official websites and relevant literature of foreign famous think tanks,the paper summarizes the practices and strategies of information resource development of foreign famous think tanks.Foreign famous think tanks mainly develop information resources by building their own collection resources,establishing knowledge release and query platform,constructing special database or knowledge base,and establishing various information source channels.The enlightenment to think tanks in China mainly includes taking research projects as guidance,establishing all-round information source channels,fully building and accumulating their own information resources,and actively promoting information resource sharing.
