图书馆众筹建设公共阅读空间的实践与思考--以济南市图书馆众筹泉城书房项目为例

Practice and Thoughts on the Construction of Public Reading Space by Crowdfunding:A Case Study of Crowdfunding Quancheng Study Room of Jinan Library

研究公共阅读空间众筹建设,可以为图书馆更好地整合社会力量推动公共阅读空间可持续发展提供模式参考。采用案例分析法,从众筹要素设计、宣传发布、取得成效、对支持者的回报、公信力维护等方面对济南市图书馆众筹泉城书房项目的实施过程和特点进行阐述和分析,并客观总结其不足之处。在此基础上,结合一般图书馆众筹项目存在的共性问题,对图书馆众筹建设公共阅读空间提出几点建议:搭建垂直众筹平台、线上线下同步实施、精准确定众筹对象、建立众筹长效机制、加强项目运维监管。

The study of crowdfunding public reading space can provide reference for libraries to integrate social forces and promote the sustainable development of public reading space.Using the case analysis method,this paper first expounds and analyzes the implementation process and characteristics of the crowdfunding of Quancheng Study Room of Jinan Library from the aspects of crowdfunding element design,publicity and release,achievement,return to supporters,maintenance of credibility,etc.It then analyzes its shortcomings objectively.Combined with the common problems of general library crowdfunding,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the library to build public reading space through crowdfunding:construction of vertical crowdfunding platform,online and offline synchronous implementation,accurate determination of crowdfunding objects,establishment of long-term mechanism of crowdfunding,strengthening project operation and maintenance supervision.
