The value creation ability of offshore engineering companies is directly affected by the market trend and strong cycle characteristics of the global energy industry.Maintaining the healthy and sustainable cash flow and giving full play to the guarantee role of the managed or controlled financial resources on the core business are the key components of the company’s value management system.Starting from clarifying the connotation of treasurer management,drawing on the best practices of multinational corporations’treasurer management,this paper focuses on the three basic attributes of treasurer functions:resource efficiency creation,risk management and control and decision support,and proposes a treasurer management solution that integrates its value management mode and critical path for international engineering companies.
