政府引导下的科学城政产学研协同创新合作策略演化博弈研究 被引量:1

摘要 政府引导下政产学研组成的科学城协同创新主体,发挥创新联盟主体的优势互补,协同促进科技成果转化。构建政府引导的政产学研协同创新的三方演化博弈模型,应用MATLAB数值仿真分析影响协同创新联盟主体策略选择的关键因素,分析联盟主体参与意愿、政府的激励力度等因素对协同创新体系演化的影响。研究表明,政府的监管意愿对企业与学研方的策略选择影响显著,且企业更加敏感。政府的奖惩措施、消极合作的机会损失对企业与学研方的影响程度不同,对学研方的影响更大。 Under the guidance of the government,the science city composed of government,industry and research is the subject of collaborative innovation,giving full play to the complementary advantages of the subject of the innovation alliance,and conducting coordination to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This paper constructs a government⁃led tripartite evolutionary game model of government⁃industry⁃research collaborative innovation,applies MATLAB numerical simulation to analyze the key factors affecting the choice of the strategy by the subject of the collaborative innovation alliance,and analyzes the influence the willingness of the alliance subject to participate,the incentive strength of the government and other factors on the evolution of the col⁃laborative innovation system.The results show that the government's willingness to regulate has a significant impact on the strategic choices of enterprises and research institutes,and enterprises are more sensitive.The government's reward and punishment measures and the loss of opportunities for passive cooperation have different degrees of impact on enterprises and research institutes and have a greater impact on research institutes.
