“共同富裕”背景下再论产业结构调整——以江苏为例

The Rediscussion of Industrial Structural Adjustment Under Common Prosperity--A Case Study of Jiangsu

选取2019—2021年期间18个指标,分别比较了沿海经济发达四省在共同富裕和产业结构两个维度上的差异,探寻江苏省实现共同富裕的改革方向,以及江苏制造业大而不强的原因。基于此,以共同富裕为目标,以保证制造业比重基本不变为原则,提出5点建议,以增强江苏产业动能,为其他省区市提供示范,并在相通问题上帮扶兄弟省市,加快我国建成社会主义现代化强国的步伐。

This paper selects 18 indicators from 2019 to 2021 to make a comparison among four economically developed coastal provinces from the view of common prosperity and industrial structure,respectively.Additionally,the reform direction of realizing common prosperity in Jiangsu and the reason for the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu being large but not strong will be explored.Thus,based on the aim of common prosperity and the unchanged proportion of the manufacturing industry,five suggestions on strengthening industrial momentum in Jiangsu will be given as an example across the country to accelerate China's transformation into a great modern socialist country.
