摘要
起重机金属结构是起重机的关键组成部分,其内部应力状况是评定起重机安全使用的重要内容。在对一台港口用单臂架门座起重机的主要金属结构件危险点的应力进行测试的基础上,根据现场测试获得的应力数据,运用累计损伤理论,并结合设备的实际工作强度,给出了该起重机的疲劳寿命计算方法,可为该设备的剩余使用寿命提供理论参考值。
The metal structure of the crane is the key component of the crane,its internal stress condition is an important part of evaluating the safe use of the crane.Based on the stress test of the dangerous points of the main metal structural parts of a single-boom gantry crane for port,according to the stress data obtained from the field test,using the cumulative damage theory,and combining with the actual working strength of the equipment,the fatigue life calculation method of the crane is given.This can provide a theoretical reference value for the remaining service life of the equipment.
