摘要
散粮漏斗是最主要的粮食装卸设备之一,其生产工作与维护一直采用人工操作方式,工作环境中粉尘污染大,安全隐患较大。因此,研发散粮漏斗的无人值守技术,使用先进的工业级检测手段,在粉尘环境中精确测量出车辆位置、行驶距离、装料速度以及车舱内的料位高度,结合IO-LINK工业通信技术与数据采集,将数据传输至控制系统以实现下料阀门的自动开闭,并配合扬声器、灯光、字幕,提示货运车辆行进,完成整个作业流程。
Bulk grain hopper is one of the most important grain handling equipment,the production and maintenance of which have always been operated manually with poor working environment,large dust pollution and great potential safety hazard.Therefore,the unattended technology of bulk grain hopper is developed using the most advanced industrial-grade detection methods,which can accurately measure the vehicle position,driving distance,charging speed and material level of cabin in dusty environment.The automatic operation of valve is realized by the data transmission of control system combined IO-LINK industrial communication technology and data acquisition.Then,the whole process of freight vehicles movement is finished based on loudspeakers,lights,subtitles.
