散货堆场回转式悬臂皮带堆料机综合洒水系统优化

Optimization of Integrated Sprinkler System of Rotary Cantilever Belt Stacker in Bulk Cargo Yard

针对北方港口散货堆场回转式悬臂皮带堆料机冬季不能持续正常供水、水槽用水维护量大等情况,根据回转式悬臂皮带堆料机实际作业和工作特点,设计了一套全气候多功能的洒水系统,可以实现冬季持续补水、对堆场的煤垛进行臂架洒水、行走轨道坝基冲洗、回程皮带清洗等功能。

Aiming at the situation that the rotary cantilever belt stacker in bulk cargo yard of north port can't supply water continuously in winter,and the maintenance of water tank is large,according to the actual operation and working characteristics of rotary cantilever belt stacker,a set of climate multifunctional sprinkler system is designed,which can realize the continuous water supply in winter,the boom sprinkler for the coal stack in the yard,the walking track dam foundation rinsing,return belt rinsing and other functions.
