碳基掺杂水泥基复合材料导热性能及机理研究

摘要 采用碳纤维、石墨和炭黑研究碳基掺杂水泥基复合材料的导热性能及作用机理。力学试验和导热系数试验证实碳基材料对水泥基复合材料力学和导热性能有提升作用;微观结构测试表明掺碳纤维水泥基复合材料孔隙率提高且缺陷较多,掺石墨、炭黑孔隙率降低且缺陷较少。 The thermal conductivity and action mechanism of cement-based composites doped with carbon fiber,graphite and carbon black were studied.The mechanical test and thermal conductivity test confirm that the carbon base material can improve the mechanical and thermal conductivity of cement base composites.MIP and SEM tests show that the porosity of cement-based composites doped with carbon fiber is increased with more defects,while the porosity of composites doped with graphite and carbon black is decreased with fewer defects.
