摘要
从抗分散剂、抗分散剂作用机理、水下不分散混凝土主要性能等方面进行论述。目前对水下不分散混凝土硬化后的力学性能研究较多,对水下不分散混凝土拌合物状态、动水对新拌水下不分散混凝土的研究较少,制约了水下不分散混凝土的发展与应用。对国内外有关新拌水下不分散混凝土的流动性、抗分散性的测试方法进行论述与分析。提出研究浆体的流变性能,探索屈服剪切应力、粘度与抗分散性能之间的联系,更进一步了解新拌水下不分散混凝土的性能。
The anti-washout,anti-washout mechanism,and main properties of anti-washout underwater concrete were discussed.At present,there are many studies on the mechanical properties of anti-washout underwater concrete after hardening,and there are few studies on the state of anti-washout underwater concrete mixture and dynamic water on fresh underwater non-dispersive concrete,which restrict the development and application of underwater non-dispersive concrete.The test methods of fluidity and anti-dispersion of fresh underwater non-dispersive concrete at home and abroad are discussed and analyzed.It is proposed to study the rheological properties of slurry,explore the relationship between yield shear stress,viscosity and anti-dispersion performance,and further understand the performance of fresh underwater non-dispersion concrete.
