摘要
泡沫温拌再生沥青混合料以沥青发泡技术为核心,具有节能环保、提高再生资源利用率、降低生产成本等优点。在确定泡沫沥青最佳用水量基础上,对泡沫温拌再生沥青混合料的性能进行研究。研究结果表明:在RAP掺量为10%~30%时,随着RAP掺量增加,泡沫温拌沥青混合料的高温稳定性逐渐增加,水稳定性略有降低,但均能满足规范要求,可以满足道路底面层使用要求。
Foamed warm mix recycled asphalt mixture was based on asphalt foaming technology,which had the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection,improving the utilization rate of renewable resources,and reducing production costs.On the basis of determining the optimal water content of foamed asphalt,the performance of foamed warm-mix recycled asphalt mixture was studied.The research results showed that:when the RAP content was 10%~30%,with the increase of the RAP content,the high temperature stability of the foamed warm mix asphalt gradually increased,and the water stability decreased slightly,but both could meet the specification requirements.It could meet the requirements for the use of the bottom layer of the road.
