摘要 矿渣微粉企业传统的管理模式受多重环境、个体的影响,势必带来运行成本高、工作效率低、工作质量差和重大设备事故发生率高的问题,弊端重生,已不适应当今信息化社会的发展。矿渣微粉企业必须突破传统管理思维和技术壁垒,实现制造行业和信息技术的深度融合。基于此,提出了将智能运维平台技术应用到矿渣微粉企业日常点巡检和计划检修设备管理中,介绍了智能运维平台技术功能要点,分析了平台总体设计框架,为矿渣微粉企业建立了一套能够实时采集、存储、分析和诊断的智能化设备运维系统,实现了设备的故障预警和设备寿命评估功能,达到智能化运维目的。 The traditional management model of GGBS enterprises is affected by multiple environments and individuals,which will inevitably bring about problems such as high operating costs,low work efficiency,poor work quality and high incidence of major equipment accidents.The malpractice is regenerated and has not adapted to the development of the information society.GGBS enterprises must break through traditional management thinking and technical barriers,and realize the deep integration of manufacturing industry and information technology.Based on this,it is proposed to apply the intelligent operation and maintenance platform technology to the daily point inspection and planned maintenance equipment management of GGBS enterprises.A set of intelligent equipment operation and maintenance system that can collect,store,analyze and diagnose in real time,realizes the functions of equipment failure warning and equipment life evaluation,and achieves the purpose of intelligent operation and maintenance.
