测绘成果分发保密安全综合防控体系研究

Research on Comprehensive Prevention and Control System for the Confidential Security of Surveying and Mapping Outcome Distribution

针对测绘成果分发的保密安全管理缺乏体系性,亟需建立一套综合性较强的保密安全防控体系。因此,在通过研究国家对于测绘成果保密安全管理的相关要求,分析测绘成果分发保密安全管理所面临形势的过程中,针对存在的问题,采用“全生命周期”管理的思路和方法,研究在测绘成果分发服务过程中如何保障测绘成果安全,并提出构建一套综合防控体系,相关建议可为各省市测绘成果分发保密安全管理提供参考。

At present,there lacks systematic management for the confidential security of surveying and mapping outcome,which immediately re-quires the establishment of comprehensive system confidential security prevention and control.Based on the study of national requirement of con-fidential security management for surveying and mapping outcome,we analyzed the present situation and problems,studied how to guarantee the surveying and mapping outcome security by using the full-life circle management method,and built the comprehensive prevention and control system,which could provide reference for other provinces and cities.
