苔藓植物醇提液对细菌的体外抑菌作用

The Effect of Bryophyte’s Ethanol Extract on the Bacteriastasis in Vitro of Bacteria

为苔藓植物的种间抑菌性差异、资源保护及筛选药用苔藓植物提供一定的基础数据,采用贴滤纸片法对采自贵州省毕节市的8种苔藓植物进行了抑菌性分析。结果表明,粗叶青毛藓、金发藓、泥炭藓、节茎曲柄藓、桧叶白发藓具有广泛抗菌作用,其中粗叶青毛藓对乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌的抑菌性与对照组相比有极显著差异,金发藓对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌的抑菌性与对照组相比有极显著差异,泥炭藓对铜绿假单孢菌、伤寒沙门氏菌、乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌的抑菌性与对照组相比有极显著差异。

The study explores the bacteriostasis of 8 bryophytes’ethanol extract,in order to provide some basic data for bryophyte’s differences of inter-species bacteriostasis,resource conservation and selection of medicinal bryophytes.A filter method is adopted in the experiment on 8 bryophytes collected in Bijie,Guizhou province,and the results show that the bryophytes that have broad antibacterial effect are Dicranodontium asperulum,Polytrichum commune,Sphagnum palustre,Campylopus umbellatus and Leucobryum juniperoides,among which the bacteriostasis of Dicranodontium asperulum on Sahnonella enterica subsp enterica,that of Polytrichum commune on Staphylococus aureus and Sahnonella enterica subsp enterica,and that of Sphagnum palustre on Pseudononas aeruginosa,Salmonella enterica subsp enterica and Sahnonella enterica subsp enterica all have a significant difference with the control group.
