摘要
近年来,毕节抓住“东菇西移”等机遇,食用菌年均产值飞速发展。但目前在毕节地区的香菇固体培养基筛选相关研究较少,其他香菇培养基基质产品的开发,均因材料成本参差不齐、菌种性状稳定性差、产业程度低等各种原因未能在生产上大规模使用。论文以香菇808为试验材料,通过观察香菇栽培种培养基配方条件下香菇菌丝长势、生长速度、菌丝色泽、满袋时间、污染率等指标,筛选出适合毕节地区的香菇栽培种固体培养基最优配方。结果表明:以配方3(木屑48%、玉米芯30%、麸皮15%、玉米粉5%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%)培养基香菇菌丝生长速度较快,菌丝长势好,浓密洁白,菌丝污染率为0,性价比最佳。
In recent years,Bijie has seized the opportunity of"moving from the east to the west"and other opportunities,and the annual average output value of edible fungi has developed rapidly.However,there are few studies on the screening of shiitake mushroom solid medium in Bijie area.The development of other shiitake medium matrix products has not been able to be produced due to various reasons such as uneven material cost,poor stability of bacterial species,and low industrial level.used on a large scale.In this paper,using Lentinus edodes 808 as the test material,by observing the growth of Lentinus edodes cultivars,growth rate,mycelial color,time of filling the bag,pollution rate and other indicators under the conditions of Lentinus edodes cultivar medium formula,the solid cultivars of Lentinus edodes suitable for Bijie area were screened out.Optimum formulation of culture medium.The results showed that:with formula 3(sawdust 48%,corncob 30%,bran 15%,corn flour 5%,sucrose 1%,gypsum 1%),the growth rate of Lentinus edodes mycelium was faster,the growth of mycelium was good,and the hyphae were dense.White,pollution rate 0,the best cost-effective.
