Pathogenic Mechanism of Chicken Necrotic Enteritis and Its Prevention Using Probiotics

鸡坏死性肠炎是一种家禽高发性肠道疾病,给家禽生产者带来巨大经济损失,其主要由产气荚膜梭菌感染所致。益生菌可通过提高宿主机体的肠道屏障、免疫功能和抑制肠上皮细胞凋亡等方式防御鸡坏死性肠炎。本文就鸡坏死性肠炎的致病机理及益生菌对其的干预研究进展进行综述,为鸡坏死性肠炎的科学防治提供参考。

Chicken necrotic enteritis is a kind of intestinal disease with high incidence in poultry,which causes huge economic losses to poultry producers,mainly caused by the infection of Clostridium perfringens.Probiotics can protect against chicken necrotic enteritis in by improving the intestinal barrier and immune function,and inhibiting the apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells of the host.In this paper,the pathogenic mechanism of chicken necrotic enteritis and the intervention of probiotics were reviewed to provide reference for the scientific prevention and treatment of chicken necrotic enteritis.
