摘要
真空断路器与其他类型断路器相比占用面积小,具有利用高真空度灭弧的特点,可以较频繁地开断短路电流且重量较轻,在中压或者高压电力系统中具有明显的优势。目前对于真空断路器真空度的检测,有观察法、交流耐压法和电磁法等,且真空度带电检测可实施方法较少,可靠性和准确度需要进一步提高。首先对太赫兹光谱技术进行理论分析,然后仿真分析了太赫兹波在不同真空度下的光谱吸收与传输特性,最后利用ANL-127连续波太赫兹装置与真空断路器进行了验证。仿真分析与实验验证结果一致,表明太赫兹光谱技术可应用于检测真空断路器真空度。
Vacuum circuit breaker compared with other types of circuit breakers occupy a small area, has the use of high vacuum interrupting characteristics, can be more frequent short-circuit current and lighter weight, in the medium-voltage or high-voltage power system has obvious advantages. At present, there are observation method,AC withstand voltage method and electromagnetic method for vacuum circuit breaker vacuum detection, and the vacuum degree charged detection can be implemented in fewer methods, and the reliability and accuracy need to be further improved. The article firstly analyzes theoretically the terahertz spectroscopy technology, after that simulates and analyzes the spectral absorption and transmission characteristics of terahertz waves under different vacuum degrees, and finally verifies with the vacuum circuit breaker using ANL-127 continuous wave terahertz device. The simulation analysis and experimental verification results are consistent, indicating that the terahertz spectroscopy technique can be applied to detect the vacuum degree of vacuum circuit breakers.
