采用载波移相脉宽调制算法的模块化多电平逆变器研究

摘要 从模块化多电平逆变器的拓扑结构和工作原理入手,建立MMC的等效数学模型,介绍了载波移相正弦脉宽调制策略应用于MMC的实现方法,讨论了两种不同的电容电压控制策略,并在MATLAB/Simulink中对基于CPS-SPWM调制策略的MMC逆变系统进行建模仿真,对比分析了阻感负载下电压闭环均衡策略和电压排序均衡策略的控制效果,验证了CPS-SPWM调制策略应用于MMC的优点。 Starting with the topology and working principle of modular multilevel inverter,the equivalent mathematical model of MMC is established.The implementation method of carrier phase shifted sinusoidal pulse width modulation strategy applied to MMC is introduced.Two different capacitor voltage control strategies are discussed,and the MMC inverter system based on CPS-SPWM modulation strategy is modeled and simulated in MATLAB/Simulink.The control effects of voltage closed-loop voltage sharing strategy and voltage sequencing voltage sharing strategy under resistive load are compared and analyzed,and the advantages of CPS-SPWM modulation strategy applied to MMC are verified.
