摘要
提出了一种采用改进的Dickson电荷泵技术的高升压准Z源逆变器,继承了准Z源逆变器和开关电容的优点——输入电流连续、开关上的电压峰值低、电压增益高、集成度好。利用逆变器的交流侧电感特性实现Dickson电荷泵的软充电,克服了开关电容电路大电流瞬变的缺点。介绍了其工作原理和稳态分析,分析了元件的电压和电流应力。最后,在实验室研制了输入电压为100 V、输出电压为AC 120 V、输出功率为1 kW的样机,实验结果验证了该逆变器的优越性。
A high step-up quasi-Z-source inverter with a improved Dickson charge pump technique is proposed in this paper.It inherits the advantages of quasi-Z-source inverter and switched-capacitor(SC):continuous input current,low voltage spike on switches,high voltage gain,and good integration.The AC side inductance characteristics of inverter can be used to realize the soft-charging of Dickson charge pump,which overcomes the disadvantage of high current transients of SC circuit.The operating principle and steady-state analyses are discussed in detail.The voltage and current stresses of the components are analyzed.Finally,a prototype with 100 V input voltage,120 V_(ac,rms) output phase voltage,and 1 kW output power is implemented in the laboratory.Experimental results confirm the analysis and advantages of the proposed inverter.
