桥式起重机起升机构永磁电机驱动的研究 被引量:2

摘要 传统的桥式起重机起升机构采用异步电机加减速机驱动,传动链较长,传动效率低,整体驱动占用空间大,而永磁直驱滚筒或半直驱滚筒采用外转子形式的永磁同步电机,缩减了传动链,提高了传动效率,高效环保。对桥式起重机起升结构的种类进行简单介绍,对比了不同驱动方式之间的差别、优缺点,对永磁直驱滚筒和永磁半直驱滚筒的电机性能进行了分析,并对整体驱动单元的价格进行了汇总,最终得到了更加经济的起升机构驱动方案。 The traditional bridge crane hoisting mechanism is driven by an asynchronous motor plus a reducer,with a long transmission chain,low transmission efficiency,and a large overall drive occupying space.The permanent magnet direct drive drum or semi-direct drive drum adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor in the form of an external rotor,which reduces the transmission chain,improves the transmission efficiency,and is efficient and environmentally friendly.The types of bridge crane hoisting structures are briefly introduced.The differences,advantages and disadvantages of different driving methods are compared.The motor performance of permanent magnet direct drive drum and permanent magnet semi-direct drive drum are analyzed.The price of the overall drive unit is summarized,and a more economical hoisting mechanism drive solution is finally obtained.
