摘要
教育实践能力是衡量教师职业素养的重要指标.根据师范专业认证和师范生教师职业能力标准,教育实践的现实问题主要归为协同育人机制不健全和评价体系不完善.从UGS协同育人、实践基地建设、"双导师"队伍优化和虚拟教研团队创建出发,提出深化"协同育人、合作共赢"共同体建设的措施.通过构建教育实践教学体系"课程化、一体化、特色化"新模式,建立融入线上教学和实践反思的"多元化、多样化、多结合"能力评价机制,形成教育实践能力创新培养的新路径,从而实现新时代化学师范生的教育实践能力和培养质量的提升.
Practical teaching ability is an important indicator to measure the professional quality of teachers.According to the professional accreditation of normal schools and the standards of teachers’professional competence,the practical problems of teaching practice are mainly classified as the imperfect collaborative education mechanism and incomplete evaluation system.Starting from the U-G-S collaborative education,the construction of practice bases,the optimization of“dual-tutor”teams,and the creation of virtual teaching and research teams,we have proposed various measures to deepen the community construction of collaborative education and win-win cooperation.By building a new model of“curriculum-based,integrated,and characteristic”teaching and educational practice system,and a“diversified,multi-layer,and multi-integrated”performance evaluation mechanism that integrates online teaching and practical reflection,we have formed a new model of innovative training,so as to improve the practical teaching ability and training quality of chemistry students in the new era.
