牢记“四问”己任 加深对社会主义市场经济认识

KEEP IN MIND THE “FOUR QUESTIONS” AND DEEPEN THE UNDERSTANDING OF SOCIALIST MARKET ECONOMY

认真领悟习近平经济思想,特别是习近平总书记近期提出的牢记“四问”要求和五个“正确认识和把握”重大理论和实践问题。本文适应新阶段新要求,对近年来笔者逐步提出的社会主义市场经济“四个就是”体系框架做进一步完善、提升和系统性表述。社会主义市场经济的“四个就是”体系概括为:一是“以人民为中心”的市场经济就是社会主义市场经济,二是与“两个毫不动摇”对应的市场经济就是社会主义市场经济,三是致力于共同富裕的市场经济就是社会主义市场经济,四是与“集中力量办大事”制度性优势相结合的市场经济就是社会主义市场经济。

Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s Economic Thought, combined with the recent “Four Questions” and “Five Major Theoretical and Practical Issues” put forward by President Xi Jinping, this paper further improves and promotes the “Four Characteristics” framework of socialist market economy that the author has put forward.The “Four Characteristics” framework of socialist market economy are as follows.Firstly, the market economy centered on the people is the socialist market economy.Secondly, the market economy corresponding to “Two Unwavering” is the socialist market economy.Thirdly, the market economy dedicated to common prosperity is the socialist market economy.Fourthly, the market economy combined with the institutional advantages of “pooling all our resources to complete major missions” is the socialist market economy.
