台州学院ESI学科建设:现状、发展态势及对策 被引量:1

Current Situation, Developmental Trend and Countermeasures of ESI Discipline Construction in Taizhou University

摘要 以ESI数据、InCites数据观测为视角,将台州学院与浙江省内同类高校学科建设成效进行对标,并对台州学院学科发展趋势进行统计分析。结果显示,台州学院虽然在ESI学科排名上仍处于对标高校的中游,但潜力学科数量最多,高水平论文发表数量位于对标高校前列,显示出强大的发展后劲。台州学院应进一步加强学科建设顶层设计、完善人才引培制度、拓展合作交流范围、促进多学科融合及超常规建设应用型特色学科群等。 Based on the data from Essential Science Indicators(ESI) and InCites, Taizhou University was benchmarked against its counterparts in Zhejiang Province in the perspective of discipline construction achievements and a statistical analysis of its disciplinary development trend was carried out. The results indicate that in comparison with its counterparts, although still ranking in the middle of the ESI discipline,it possesses a strong potential for development in which it has the largest number of potential disciplines and is among the most in the number of high-level papers. Such suggestions are put forward as strengthening the top-level design of discipline construction, improving the system of attracting and training talents,expanding the scope of cooperation and exchanges, promoting multi-disciplinary integration, and constructing application-oriented discipline groups in a unconventional way.
