大型熔铝炉用特种抗渗高铝砖的研制与应用

摘要 分析了熔铝炉耐火材料损毁、与铝水接触部位变黑及蘑菇状刚玉瘤的形成原因。以刚玉和均化矾土为主要原料,应用抗润湿剂、结合剂开发的抗渗高铝砖具有气孔率低、化学稳定性好、强度高、抗铝侵蚀良好等特点。经过5 a以上的生产服役,特种抗渗高铝砖运行状态良好,可以满足大型熔铝炉安全生产需要。 In this paper,the reasons for the damage of refractory material,the blackness of the contact part with aluminum water and the formation of mushroom shaped corundum nodules in aluminum melting furnace are analyzed.The impermeable high alumina brick developed with corundum and homogenized bauxite as the main raw materials and the application of anti-wetting agent and binder has the characteristics of low porosity,good chemical stability,high strength and good aluminum erosion resistance.After more than 5 years production and service,the special impermeable high-alumina brick runs in good condition and can meet the safety production needs of large aluminum smelting furnace.
