摘要
介绍了日照某钢铁厂转底炉生产工艺原理及流程,对原料处理、燃烧系统、成晶系统、烟气系统存在的缺陷提出了改进措施。生球烘干后人炉使粉化率明显改善;富氧燃烧使炉内控制温度达到1250-1300℃,提高了生产效率;增加沉降室使烟气系统余热锅炉管堵塞问题得到缓解;炉内气氛由还原性气氛改为弱氧化性减轻了锅炉腐蚀现象。
This paper introduces the principle and process of rotary hearth furnace production in an iron and steel plant in Rizhao,and puts forward some improvement measures for the defects existing in raw material treatment,combustion system,finished product system and flue gas system.After the green balls are dried,they are put into the furnace to obviously improve the pulverization rate.Oxygen-enriched combustion makes the control temperature in the furnace reach 1250-1300℃,which improves the production efficiency.Adding a settling chamber can relieve the blockage of waste heat boiler tubes in flue gas system.The atmosphere in the fiimace was changed from reducing atmosphere to weak oxidizing atmosphere,which reduced the boiler corrosion phenomenon.
