摘要
本文分析冷冻饮品国内外标准要求和行业热点风险信息,识别出冷冻饮品全产业链重点风险监测项目,建立覆盖原料、半成品、成品及环境的风险监测体系。实现从源头监测管控风险,推动冷冻饮品生产企业完善食品安全风险监测体系,降低冷冻饮品食品安全风险,提升质量安全水平。
This article analyzes the domestic and foreign standards and hotspot risk information of frozen beverage,identifies key risk monitoring projects for the entire frozen beverage industry chain,and establishes a risk monitoring system covering raw materials,semi-finished products,finished products and the environment.The purposes are to realize the monitoring and control of risks from the source,promote the improvement of the food safety risk monitoring system for frozen beverage manufacturers,reduce the food safety risks of frozen beverage,and improve the quality and safety level.
