金纳米双锥的SPR吸收调控及光热性能评价实验设计 被引量:2

摘要 设计了金纳米双锥的合成、表面等离子体共振(SPR)吸收调控及光热性能评价综合性实验。采用种子生长法制备了高纯度的金纳米双锥;通过改变实验参数实现了金纳米双锥的SPR吸收调控;利用红外热像仪评价了金纳米双锥的光热性能和光热稳定性。硝酸银(AgNO_(3))、金种子和油酸钠(NaOL)的加入量直接影响金纳米双锥的SPR吸收波长;当AgNO_(3)的加入量为6 mmol、金种子的加入量为300μL和NaOL的加入量为0.25 mmol时,制备的金纳米双锥的SPR吸收波长位于810 nm左右。在2 W/cm~2的808 nm激光照射下,80μg/mL的金纳米双锥溶液升温高达34.5℃,且连续照射6次升温幅度基本无变化,表明制备的金纳米双锥具有优异的光热性能和光热稳定性。 Based on the synthesis,surface plasma resonance(SPR)absorption modulation and photothermal performance evaluation,a comprehensive experiment was designed.Using seed growth method,gold nanobipyramids with high purity were synthesized.By changing experimental parameters,the SPR absorption was modulated.Moreover,the photothermal performance and photothermal stability were also evaluated.The dosages of AgNO_(3),gold seed and NaOL directly affect the SPR absorption wavelength of gold nanobipyramids,in which the wavelength is located at about 810 nm when their dosages are 6 mmol,300μL and 0.25 mmol,respectively.Under the irradiation of 808 nm laser with a power density of 2 W/cm^(2),the temperature of gold nanobipyramids with 80μg/mL can increase 34.5℃,and is basically constant in 6 circulations,which demonstrates the excellent photothermal performance and photothermal stability of gold nanobipyramids.
