摘要 基于温差发电原理设计了一种利用野外可燃烧物质的便携式温差发电系统。该系统由半导体温差发电模块、升压稳压电路模块、充电保护电路模块和负载组成。温差发电模块将可燃烧物质燃烧产生的热能转换为电能,经升压稳压电路后,可供小功率照明设备使用;也可通过充电保护电路为具有锂电池电源的设备充电。实验测试了该系统作为小功率照明设备时温差发电模块在开路、带负载、接升压稳压电路及负载等多种情况下供电性能;测试了系统作为充电设备时其充电性能。该装置在野外无电的情况下,可作为应急电源使用,具有一定的实际应用价值。 Based on the principle of semiconductor thermoelectric effects,a portable thermal power generation system using field combustible materials isdesigned to solve the problem of power shortage and low power illumination.The system is composed of the semiconductor thermoelectric generator,voltage regulator circuit,charge protection circuit and load.The thermal energy generated by combustion of combustible materials is converted into electrical energy by the thermoelectric power generation.Itcan be used as low-power lighting by voltage-boosting and voltage-stabilizing circuit,and can also be used to charge the equipment with lithium battery power through charge protection circuit.When the system is used as a low-power lighting,the performance of its thermoelectric generator is tested under the conditions of open circuit,load and voltage regulator circuit.Thecharging performance istested when the system is used as charging equipment.The utility model can be used as a charging device to store the electric energy generated by the semiconductor thermoelectric generator which can be usedas power in the condition ofnodifference in temperature.
