交通拥堵情况下应急救援车辆优先通行主动控制方法 被引量:2

摘要 我国道路交通安全法规定应急救援车辆在执行紧急任务时可以不受行驶路线、信号灯等限制,但常态下的交通拥堵仍然频发造成应急救援车辆通行受阻,其中最为关键的是在城市交叉口信号灯控制中的优先通行难以保障。就此,提出交通拥堵情况下应急救援车辆优先通行的主动控制方法。建立交叉口的主动控制模型;设计优先通行主动控制方法;利用自主研发的应急管理交通仿真平台对所提方法进行了对比仿真示例验证。仿真结果证明,所提方法在交叉口出现交通拥堵时能有效保障应急救援车辆优先通行的时效性。 Emergency vehicles can be implemented in the Road Traffic Safety Law in China without traveling routes,signal lights.However,the traffic congestion under the normal state is still frequently caused for emergency vehicles,and the most critical is that its priority is difficult to be guaranteed in the control of urban intersection signals.This paper proposes a proactive control method for emergency rescue vehicle priority in traffic congestion.Firstly,the active control model of the intersection is established.Secondly,the priority passive control method of emergency vehicles is designed.Finally,the method of simulating the method is simulated using the self-developed emergency management traffic simulation platform.The simulation results prove that the method mentioned in this paper is still effective in ensuring the priority of emergency rescue vehicles when there is traffic congestion in the intersection.
