湖南省属本科高校实验技术队伍现状调研与对策

Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Experimental Technical Team in Hunan Universities under the Background of New Era

实验技术队伍是高校师资队伍的重要组成部分,在人才培养、科学研究和社会服务中起着不可或缺的作用,然而长期以来其地位未得到应有重视,导致实验技术队伍建设严重滞后。现以湖南省省属本科高校为研究对象,通过深度调研,分析湖南省省属高校实验技术队伍建设存在的主要问题,提出基于新时代要求、拓展实验技术队伍新内涵,以职称改革为核心、激发发展活力,立足岗位实际、坚持分类指导建议,为地方高校实验技术队伍建设提供借鉴。

Experimental technology team is an important part of the faculty in universities.It plays an indispensable role in talent training,scientific research and social services.However,its status has not been paid attention to for a long time,leading to the serious lag in the construction of experimental technology team.Taking provincial undergraduate universities in Hunan province as the research object,through deep research and analysis of the Hunan provincial main problems of university experiment technology team construction,this article puts forward to suggestions based on the requirement of new era,broadens the connotation of the experimental technical team according to the core of the reform of professional titles,activates development based on practical guidelines,adheres to the classified supervision.And this provides reference for the construction of experimental technology team in local universities.
