自然资源调查监测三维立体一张图建设研究——以宁波梅山岛为例

Research on the Construction of Three-dimensional Natural Resources Survey and Monitoring: A Case Study of Meishan Island

以宁波梅山岛为建设试点,探索了自然资源调查监测三维立体一张图建设关键技术,构建了陆海统筹、地上地下的自然资源三维立体时空数据库,搭建了调查监测三维信息平台,研究实现了三调成果分析统计、旱改水分析、淹没分析、海岸线变迁分析等专题化三维分析展示,为全面掌握自然资源现状、完善自然资源和规划调查监测评价体系提供支撑,为满足立体空间自然资源各项管理的业务需求奠定基础。

Taking the Meishan Island in Ningbo as a pilot,focusing on key technologies of Natural resources survey and monitoring,which in three-dimensional scenes,building the spatio-temporal database contains Sealand and underground,Natural resources survey and monitoring platform was designed,which has the function of Natural resources management on three-dimensional scenes,such as surveying analysis,dry land changing,submergence analysis and so on.This platform is useful for grasping present status of natural resources,and underpinning management on three-dimensional scenes.
